I am an iPEC trained Whole Life ,Transitions, and Wellness Coach, who has a passion for helping others overcome obstacles that get in the way of achieving their optimal potential. I am a single mother of a great teenage son, and the mother of two furry feline Ragdoll girls named Willow and Meadow, all three keep me on my toes, and I love it.
I have been through many transitions myself, and have overcome some pretty big obstacles personally, including the journey to motherhood. In order to do so I went to So. Korea to adopt my son since becoming pregnant was not an option for me after a hysterectomy. I first had to grieve that loss of giving physical birth in order to receive the greatest blessing and joy of my life, and birth within my heart, my precious son. I went through the loss of my marriage, my parents at an early age, and the loss my best friend and sister of my soul since childhood to the ravages of breast cancer. I felt stuck in Corporate America when my heart wasn’t in it, and felt depleted, drained, and depressed. I knew I was not living my potential, and I was miserable.
Today my life tells a much different story, one of gratitude, joy, passion, and fulfillment. With the support and love of the people in my life that care so deeply for me, and with the help of therapy and a coach. I was finally ready to change the course of my life. I learned to be grateful for everything that had taken place in my past and present, because all that I have experienced has brought me to a place of transformation, and transition. As a result of my experience I can reach out and touch your life especially if you are going through transitions and are facing life’s challenges. I come from a place of empathy and non-judgement with the knowledge that true sustainable transformation can and does happen if you are ready to step out of your comfort zone, let go of your limiting beliefs, step into your vulnerability, and dare to reach for your dreams knowing that in doing so you are actually reclaiming your life, stepping into your power, and becoming the master of your own destiny.
